Okay, first of all, let it be known that I'm not making any money off this site, at least not yet.  I'd like to someday.  I like money.  It can't buy you happiness, but it'll buy you compact discs, and baseball cards, and tickets to hockey games.  I don't have much of it.   I do have a couple decades worth of payments on school loans, and rent, and credit card bills though.  So if you're thinking of suing me for any reason, don't bother.   You can't get blood from a stone.  Besides, I don't plan to put anything lawsuit worthy on here any time soon.  As far as pictures and images go, most of them were generated firsthand by myself, a friend, or employer.  I don't claim to hold any tried and true copyrights to anything on this site.  Hell, I don't really understand copyright law to begin with.  I just don't think I have anything worth protecting.   So steal any pics or anything else you might like to have.  I'll probably never find out, and if I do, what am I gonna do, cry about it?  If you truly have the exclusive rights to any images or sounds on this site, let me know nicely and I'll remove them before you try to sue me into a cardboard box on Front St.  Also, I absolutely do not take responsibility for anything posted in my guestbook, whether it's a statement or link to an outside site.  I look at it pretty regularly, but I do have other stuff to do.  If somebody has posted something untrue about your sister and her pets, let me know, and if I can figure out how, I'll remove it.  Most of the links contained here (remember, I'm not making any cash off them either) are to pretty PG-rated sites, so there shouldn't be any reason for alarm.  The vast majority of the links are to not-for-profit sites, sites of friends or associates, or of just really decent bands or sports teams anyway.  So surf where you dare, be smart and have fun, and I'll see you tomorrow night..
